I can’t agree more. Stash is great Very user friendly. The only problem is Stash is a virtual company and you can’t speak with someone on the phone. But if you do have have problem it does get squared away.

We’re so glad that we can offer this additional service for Stash members who prefer to speak to someone over the phone!
If the folks at the Empress Hotel Lajolla are an example then I am very glad we joined. Sean and Ryan could not have been more welcoming and more helpful. From having our rooms ready to helping with detailed maps of the area and suggesting a super evening at the hotel’s fine restaurant.
We could not ask for a better place to stay and look forward to visiting other properties in the chain as well!
