Showdown is wrapped! Thank you to everyone who enrolled guests during Stash Showdown; creating loyalty for your hotel and earning bonus points along the way. The competition in each weight class was fierce but in the end, four hotels rose to the top.

Enroll 10 Guests on 10/10 & Earn 1,000 Points! On October 10th you’ll earn 1,000 bonus points if you complete a minimum of 10 qualified enrollments that day.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

The Stash Showdown runs from October 1-31st. Go up against other Stash Partner Hotels in your weight class to see who can enroll the most guests. You’ll earn bonus points for every qualified enrollment this month and the winning hotels will earn a big prize!

ARE YOU SIGNED UP?
You must be a Stash member AND add your name to the Stash Hub (your manager can help you with this part) before you can start earning points — be sure to join Stash BEFORE you start enrolling! **See the “HOW TO GET READY” section below for more info.

THE COMPETITION
Compete against hotels in your weight class to see who can enroll the most guests from October 1-31. The weight classes are broken out by room keys:

  • X-Small (1-19 keys)
  • Small (20-49 keys)
  • Medium (50-99 keys)
  • Large (100+ keys)

TIMING
October 1-31, 2024. Winners will be announced mid-November to allow for all check-out reports to be submitted.

HOW IT WORKS
Front desk and reservations teams battle for the top spot by enrolling guests in Stash using the Stash Hub. Top enrolling hotels will be determined based on how many guests are enrolled as compared to your property size (we call it ePAR or Enrollment Per Available Room). For an enrollment to count toward this total it must be a qualified enrollment.

WHAT IS A QUALIFIED ENROLLMENT?
A qualified enrollment is one that is associated with a guest stay. So you can’t enroll your mom unless she’s staying at your hotel.  You CAN enroll a guest who is staying on an ineligible rate, like an OTA rate, but you need to be clear that they won’t earn points for their current stay. And, as always, you have to get their permission to enroll. 

BONUS POINTS!
You’ll earn Double Points (200 points) for every qualified enrollment during Showdown. There will also be days and ways to earn extra bonus points such as “Triple Days” and “Golden Tickets”. Keep an eye on your inbox for emails from Stash Partner Network regarding these bonus opportunities. 

TOP HOTEL PRIZE
The hotel with the most qualified enrollments per available room in each weight class will win a DoorDash gift card to spend on a victory celebration, a complimentary featured spot in a Stash marketing email, plus a huge, shiny trophy to display so that everyone knows you are the champions.

Before you can start enrolling guests, you need to be registered on the Stash Hub. Your manager can add you to the Stash Hub or please email partner-support@stashreward.com to check your status.

THE FINE PRINT

  • The competition begins on 10/1/2024 and ends 10/31/2024. Enrollments must be completed within those dates to be eligible for the competition.
  • Enrollments must be made via the Stash Hub.
  • Only qualified enrollments will apply (guests staying at hotel).
  • Associate must be a current employee in good standing to be eligible to earn points.
  • Associate must have a Stash Hotel Rewards account in order to enroll members via the Stash Hub. (Need to enroll yourself? Click here)
  • Associates must receive verbal consent from guest prior to enrolling them in Stash Hotel Rewards.
  • Two or more member complaints against an associate will result in the removal of that associate from Showdown.
  • Qualified enrollments not associated correctly with an associate name from the drop-down menu will not be eligible to earn points.
  • Stash Hotel Rewards reserves the right to remove points from associates accounts if the associate fails to comply with enrollment rules.
